type is so in right now, people are using it to decorate their homes by either spelling out words or just using the letters as decoration. as a graphic designer, I love type and am excited that it's gaining popularity. you can buy type many places now, like etsy and ebay. here is an ode to some of my favorite type::

I have a Green Chair Press print that I love. I didn't want to buy it because it was something like $17 shipped. I thought that was too much money for Etsy art since you can find great pieces for less! But I love it and Heather Armstrong of Dooce has the same print in her office. One of my favorite Etsy purchases after your stationery!
