
Ingredients:
1lb brussel sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tsp siracha (rooster) sauce
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
1. Steam brussel sprouts over boiling water until tender, about 10-15 min
2. Heat oil and garlic over medium high heat until fragrant. Add brussel sprouts, pineapple juice, siracha, and salt. Stir until they begin to brown, about 5 min
3. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Stir for a minute or two, remove from heat and serve.

ReplyDeleteYou know what is weird...I am not a picky eater...but I am NOT a vegetable person...yet, I love brussel sprouts. I will definitely try this soon!
