Sorry I haven't been around this past week. After everything that happened with my Grammy, we needed a little bit of a break. Luckily, my husband had spring break this past week so we took off to Tennessee for a few days to visit family.
We got to hang out with his mom, brother, sister in law, our nephew, and my dad. We played, cooked and relaxed.
On our way back, we always try to stop in Asheville for lunch since there are so many great places to eat. This time, we ate at The Laughing Seed Vegetarian restaurant which was so yummy that I forgot to take pictures of our sandwiches. My husband's cuban sandwich was out of this world delicious.
Anyways, I'm working on finalizing my new designs for the National Stationery Show this week so that I can move on to the booth design. Regular posting will return!
